Our teams have been working carefully over the past several months to prepare for this transition. The system update is scheduled for April 17 to April 20, 2026.

This update is the final step in moving OHB accounts to the CCB system so everyone is on one platform. You will continue to receive the local, personal service you are used to. We will provide clear instructions and support before, during, and after the system update.
